Our recent stay at a small boutique hotel was superb. The staff was amazing, always ready to help and made us feel so welcome. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to see and easily accessible. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best aspects of our stay were the personalized service and the delicious breakfast. We especially appreciated the staff going out of their way to help us when we needed assistance.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor disappointments. The lack of safes in the room was a concern for us as we wanted to keep our passports and other valuables safe. Also, the WiFi only worked in some areas of the hotel, which was not very convenient for us. However, these issues were minor and did not detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

Amazing location close to the main street with a garden view room that was very quiet. The service was very friendly and personalized. The hotel offered a very clean room and excellent restaurant with fantastic food. The staff were extremely helpful with ordering tours and even went above and beyond by getting medicine from the pharmacy for my sick friend.
The communication was difficult with the limited English spoken by some members of staff. Also, the first room we were assigned to didn't have curtains, which made for an uncomfortable first night, but the staff did change our room the following night. Additionally, the hotel lacked safes in the room to keep important documents such as passports.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel facilities were also great, with a beautiful garden and clean rooms. Additionally, this hotel is located on a quiet street, but still very close to the city center and transportation options.
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had a great stay at a boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even getting medication and herbal tea for a fellow guest who fell ill. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel.
